What You’ll Own & Influence
Step into a leadership-level technical role where you will:
Co-lead strategic planning and deployment of automation systems alongside engineering & production teams
Drive turnkey installations , commissioning, and site-level training
Partner with global stakeholders to strengthen communication and resource alignment
Solve complex automation issues through expert-level troubleshooting and PLC logic mastery
Develop & refine best practices that elevate automation reliability organization‑wide
Leverage data analytics to optimize system performance and uncover improvement opportunities
Document, standardize, and communicate technical solutions across cross-functional groups
Travel up to 35% for onsite assessments, support, and training
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
10+ years in automation support, project management, or large-scale industrial manufacturing
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
Strong collaboration skills and stakeholder relationship management
Proven project management experience—timelines, scoping, resource planning
Advanced analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
Deep expertise in automation troubleshooting, including PLCs & control systems
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as SMRP or CAPM
Experience in highly regulated sectors (pharma, medical, logistics, advanced manufacturing)
Skills with robotics, IoT integration, and AI‑driven automation solutions
Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Experience leading end‑to‑end automation initiatives
Ability to coach and mentor junior engineers
Physical & Safety Requirements
Ability to navigate manufacturing environments, including elevated or confined spaces
Lift/carry up to 60 lbs., with support for heavier equipment
Skilled in using precision and diagnostic tools
Comfortable with extended standing, kneeling, climbing, and bending
Commitment to strict safety standards including LOTO and PPE protocols

Pay Details: $68.00 per hour
