As a result of some planned internal growth and transition, we are looking for a Quality System Manager to add to our Pivot Point team. We are a small, innovative company of 55-65 employees, looking for someone to manage the Quality System itself, no direct reports. We are already ISO certified/compliant, and have a system in place. The Quality Manager is responsible for the organization\'s Quality Management System (QMS) as a whole. In addition, the Quality Manager is responsible for the Internal Audit Process, the Calibration Process, compliance documentation, and monitoring of all Corrective and Preventive Action. Requirements: The person we are looking for must have ISO 9001 experience. 2+ years required. 5+ years is ideal. Requires experience in a manufacturing Environment. Requires experience with Audits and Audit Process. Requires experience with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, comparator, etc.) with decimals +/- .002 Requires strong math, computer, and communication skills. Strong preference for experience with metal forming background. Prior experience working on customer quality complaints/resolutions is ideal. This Quality Manager position is Full Time, in person/office, 1st shift Monday-Friday. OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Two-year Associate\'s Degree, or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience related to the Quality position.
