Position Overview
Turner Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Front End Loader Operator for a short-term contract assignment in Hurtsboro, Alabama. This role is ideal for a safety-focused operator with an active MSHA certification and proven experience operating front end loaders in a mining or aggregate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate a front end loader safely and efficiently to move, load, and stockpile materials
Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues
Follow all MSHA regulations, site safety rules, and company policies
Work closely with site supervisors and crew members to support daily production goals
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with other site tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
Active MSHA certification (required)
Proven experience operating a front end loader
Strong understanding of equipment safety and operational best practices
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Reliable transportation to and from the job site
Ability to commit to the full 3–5 week contract
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in mining, aggregate, or heavy industrial environments
Mechanical awareness and basic equipment troubleshooting skills
