RQC is currently hiring a Mechanical General Laborer to support our team at Hurlburt Field, Florida.
This role involves performing a variety of physically demanding tasks on active construction sites. Responsibilities include using hand and power tools, assisting skilled tradespeople, preparing and maintaining work areas, and removing debris and non-hazardous materials. The position may also require operating certain types of construction equipment as needed.
All work must be completed safely, using proper tools and procedures, and aligned with RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values. RQC is committed to employee development and provides on-the-job training and necessary certifications based on project requirements. Work performed on military installations is paid in accordance with prevailing wage regulations.

Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of experience (or equivalent) in commercial construction or related field; experience on government, military, or large commercial projects is a plus
Preferred Skills & Certifications
Forklift certification and experience in logistics, warehouse, or residential work
CPR and First Aid certifications
Training or certification in:
Fall protection
Scissor lift or boom lift operation
OSHA 10-hour safety training
