Job Description
Pay Rate:
$ 22.72 + shift premiums
Sign on Bonus:
$500 after 30 days,
$500 after 6 months
Category/Shift:
Hourly Full-Time Monday-Friday / Some Saturdays
2nd shift 3pm - 11pm
3rd shift 11pm - 7am

The Job You Will Perform:
*We are looking for machine operators who have the abilities and aptitude to
progress within the company - we promote from within our organization
*Verify product meets quality standards by visual inspection as well as using a
tape measure to verify size of product within a 16th of an inch
*Verify material is correctly stacked, wrapped with dunnage, banded and tagged
for shipping
*Perform housekeeping and machine cleaning as required
*Ability to properly communicate with teammates, maintenance and management
on machine performance or other concerns
*This job requires physical exertion in a heavy, industrial environment (examples
include standing, reaching, twisting, exposure to extreme temperatures/ weather
conditions, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds)
Basic Requirements:
Must know how to properly read a tape measure
High School Education or equivalent work experience
1-3 Years’ experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment preferred
Must be able to work standing for full shift and sometimes walking on a roller system
Must be able to work any shift - currently hiring for 2nd shift
Individuals must be willing to work overtime and as required weekends
Applicants will be required to pass pre-employment skills testing, post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.
