Job Title: Machinist
Job Description
We are seeking skilled and motivated Machinists to join our team across three levels: Machinist I, Machinist II, and Machinist III (Programmer). Each level offers increasing responsibility, technical complexity, and compensation based on experience and education.
Responsibilities
Machinist I: Support daily machining operations, perform basic machine setup, and ensure parts meet quality standards.
Machinist II: Operate with greater independence, perform complex setups, troubleshoot machining issues, and contribute to process improvements.
Machinist III: Responsible for CNC programming, precision machining, complex setups, and optimizing manufacturing processes.
Essential Skills
Blueprint reading
Machining
Machine setup and troubleshooting
Experience with Haas machines
Lathe and Mill operations
Axis and Surfcam programming
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Machinist I: Minimum of 2 years of technical school or college in a relevant discipline or 2 years of hands-on machining experience.
Machinist II: Minimum of 2+ years of technical school or college in a relevant discipline or 3+ years of machining experience.
Machinist III: Minimum of 2+ years of technical school or college in a relevant discipline or 5+ years of machining experience, including CNC programming responsibilities.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $35.00/hr.
