Job Title: EVM Program Analyst
Job Description
As an EVM Program Analyst, you will develop and maintain processes and tools to track project scope, schedule, and cost performance. You will analyze project data to calculate and interpret metrics such as Planned Value (PV), Earned Value (EV), and Actual Cost (AC), and monitor project performance using Cost Variance (CV), Schedule Variance (SV), Cost Performance Index (CPI), and Schedule Performance Index (SPI).
Responsibilities
Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership.
Conduct variance analysis and identify risks to schedule, cost, and performance baselines.
Collaborate with project teams to develop corrective actions and recovery plans as needed.
Generate IPMDAR and other reports.
Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ANSI/EIA-748) and contractual requirements.
Provide training and guidance on processes and best practices to project teams.
Participate in audits and reviews to verify adherence to guidelines.
Support the Program Controls Manager in the development of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS), and Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RAM).
Essential Skills
Proficiency in earned value management, Primavera, Cobra, and Microsoft Project.
Experience as an EVM Analyst at entry (2-3 years) to mid (5-10 years) level.
Bachelor's degree required (no specific field).
Knowledge of ANSI/EIA-748 standards.
Experience working alongside a planner.
Eligibility to obtain secret clearance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience working with government programs is strongly preferred.
Nuclear industry experience is advantageous.
Work Environment
This position is based onsite at a new office right outside of the research park, located above a coffee shop and sandwich shop, and close to various shops and restaurants. The work environment is casual with a business casual dress code. Fridays offer remote work, while training is conducted fully onsite. The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
