COLSA Corporation DevOps Engineer (CI/CD, Jenkins, AWS) in Huntsville, Alabama
This position is contingent upon task order award and funding
Develop the necessary tests and perform Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD) activities necessary for multiple MEKS software releases for deployment onto AWS cloud environments.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines by creating automated workflows for building, testing, and deploying code across development, staging, and production environments.
Implement automation scripts and integrate tools such as Jenkins and Git to optimize software delivery.
Work with software developers to embed CI/CD practices into the development lifecycle.
Continuously monitor pipelines, identify failures, and implement solutions to maintain high availability and performance.
Enhance CI/CD pipeline efficiency, reliability, and security.
Maintain documentation of CI/CD processes, best practices, and provide updates to stakeholders.
Develop, refine, and/or improve the automated MEKS CI/CD pipeline.

Required SkillsRequired Experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, math, engineering, or physics.
Minimum of 5 years' work-related experience in software development, database management and/or programming.
Working knowledge of Git for automated pipeline development is required.
Working knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs
U.S. Citizenship required; Current Active DoD Secret clearance required.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI and successful completion of a Counterintelligence Polygraph (CI Poly) upon hire
Ability to obtain CompTIA Security + certification (equivalent or higher) within 60 days of hire
Ability to obtain an AWS Cloud (or other cloud) certification within 60 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications
Current/Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance is highly preferred.
Current CompTIA Security + (equivalent or higher) certification is highly preferred.
Current AWS Cloud (or other cloud) certification is highly preferred.
