What You'll Be Doing
Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery documentation
Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and teammates to ensure timely delivery
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure proper operation of all equipment
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to support a zero‑incident workplace
What Are We Looking For
Safe, dependable driver with strong awareness of surroundings and road conditions
Ability to learn and operate ready-mix equipment and related systems
Strong communication and customer service skills
Capability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliable attendance
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
