Adecco is looking for a reliable and motivated Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on, fast‑paced role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, operating machinery, and contributing to a strong team environment. This is a temp to hire position located in Huntington Beach, CA. Multiple shifts are available, starting with a pay range from $20.00 - $23.00 hr. depending on shift and experience.

Key Responsibilities as a Production Operator:

  • Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.

  • Use basic power tools and mechanical skills to complete daily tasks.

  • Follow production processes and meet performance expectations.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to maintain workflow.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

  • Assist with general labor duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong attendance and reliability

  • Experience in manufacturing, construction, carpentry, or other physical labor roles

  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.

  • Fast learner with patience and willingness to follow instructions.

  • Basic power tool and mechanical abilities

  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (preferred)

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

  • Comfortable working with tools and machinery

  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs, as needed.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
