Adecco is hiring Machine Operators for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on, physical role ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing, construction, carpentry, or other labor-intensive work.
This is a temp to hire position located in Huntington Beach, CA. Multiple shifts are available, starting with a pay range from $20.50 - $23.00 hr. depending on shift and experience.
Responsibilities:
Operate production equipment and machinery safely
Use basic power tools and mechanical skills
Follow production processes and meet performance goals
Work as part of a team to maintain workflow
Keep work area clean and organized
Perform general labor tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Experience in manufacturing or physical labor roles preferred
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, warm environment
Basic mechanical and power tool skills
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Basic Microsoft Office skills a plus

Pay Details: $20.50 to $23.00 per hour
