Adecco US, Inc. Machine Operator in Huntington Beach, California

Adecco is hiring Machine Operators for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on, physical role ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing, construction, carpentry, or other labor-intensive work.

This is a temp to hire position located in Huntington Beach, CA. Multiple shifts are available, starting with a pay range from $20.50 - $23.00 hr. depending on shift and experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate production equipment and machinery safely

  • Use basic power tools and mechanical skills

  • Follow production processes and meet performance goals

  • Work as part of a team to maintain workflow

  • Keep work area clean and organized

  • Perform general labor tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

  • Experience in manufacturing or physical labor roles preferred

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, warm environment

  • Basic mechanical and power tool skills

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Basic Microsoft Office skills a plus

Pay Details: $20.50 to $23.00 per hour
