We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Welder to join our team. This position primarily involves MIG welding of roll-off containers, along with assisting in the fabrication process, including making parts and preparing materials. The ideal candidate will take pride in quality workmanship and be comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on roll-off containers and related components
- Assist with fabrication and assembly of parts as needed
- Prepare surfaces and materials for welding and painting
- Paint finished products and components
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Experience with MIG welding preferred
- Ability to read basic measurements and follow instructions
- Comfortable working with tools, equipment, and materials in a shop setting
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
