J Porter Enterprises, LLC CDL A and B Truck Drivers in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania
A small but growing central Pennsylvania natural gas utility contractor headquartered in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania is seeking experienced Class A commercially licensed truck drivers for work throughout Pennsylvania. All candidates must have successfully graduated from high school or hold a GED. All candidates must participate in a federally mandated drug and alcohol testing program. To be considered, a candidate must have a current Class A Commercial Driver's License and medical certification, a good driving record, and a clean criminal background.
The company work area spand a large portion of Pennsylvania and may require travel and staying away from home during the workweek.
The position is full-time; however, work hours may vary due to weather and job completion. All candidates must be willing to work overtime.
It is preferred that truck driver applicants have a minimum of two years of experience in driving single and tandem axle dump trucks and trailering construction equipment and materials. Truck drivers will be expected to provide labor in support of the work crew when not driving.
