Job Title: Laboratory Technician
Location: Hunt Valley, MD
Schedule: Day Shift - 8am-5pm
Type: 3 month contract, possible extension
Start: ASAP
Overview
Exciting and rewarding science-related position located in Hunt Valley MD.
This position supports the R&D of new products.
Responsibilities:
Perform testing on various samples assigned to the laboratory team.
Keep proper data documentation for all samples.
Monitor laboratory inventory and share any inventory needs with the team.
Follow all standard laboratory procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in life science; Chemistry strongly preferred.
Laboratory experience in a chemistry setting; academic laboratory experience accepted.
Experience with gas chromatography, automatic titrators, pH testing, pipetting, and UV-Vis strongly preferred.
Ability to communicate both verbally and electronically.
