Welders (Apprentice to Advanced)

What You’ll Do
MIG weld stainless steel (approximately 70%) and aluminum (approximately 30%)
Weld material ranging from 10‑gauge to 1/4ʺ thickness
Perform single‑pass welds to specifications
Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and fitting components
Read and interpret blueprints (training provided)
Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely and efficiently
What We’re Looking For
MIG welding experience at any level (apprentice through advanced)
Ability to read a tape measure to 1/32ʺ
Blueprint reading experience preferred but not required
TIG or flux‑core welding experience is a plus
Strong attention to quality, safety, and teamwork

Schedule
1st Shift:
Monday–Thursday: 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: 5:30 AM – 10:00 AM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hugo, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
