Aerotek Manufacturing Assembler in HUGO, Minnesota
1st Shift Manufacturing Assemblers – Start ASAP!
$18-19/hr

What You’ll Do
Assemble structural components including walls, floors, trusses, and stairs.
Use hand tools, power tools, tape measures, table saws, and nail guns daily.
Work in a team of 3–4 to build wall panels or trusses.
Maintain high safety and quality standards.
Help the team meet production quotas.
What You Bring
Ability to read a tape measure down to 1/8".
Comfortable using hand and power tools.
Able to work in a fast‑paced production environment.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally.
Willingness to work 50 hours per week.
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
Framing or construction experience.
Experience with nail guns or table saws.
Blueprint reading skills.

Core hours:
Mon–Thu: 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Fri: 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime paid at 1.5x.
Required tools: tool belt, tape measure, utility knife, carpenter’s pencil.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of HUGO, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
