Basic Job Functions:

The role of the Beam Mill Mechanical Technician includes, but is not limited to, safely troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing, upgrading, and supporting the Beam Mill Operation with an emphasis on mechanical equipment in a demanding environment. The Beam Mill Mechanical Technician is considered part of the entire Berkeley team and is required to assist both Production and Electrical departments as necessary. Ability to work rotating shift, scheduled and unscheduled overtime, including nights, weekends, and holidays. [[cust_safetyState]]

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years of Mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical Degree

• Beam Mill Experience

• Welding and Fabrication experience

• General knowledge of industrial hydraulics
