HUDSON HOSPITAL & CLINICS Pharmacist In Charge Community Pharmacy in HUDSON, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Assists in managing the operational activities of the Retail Pharmacy department. Assists in planning and developing systems and processes to improve the operating quality, safety and efficiency of the department. May provide functional supervision of professional, technicians and support staff. Complies with regulatory standards and all professional guidelines or standards. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. Two or more years previous retail pharmacy experience. Registered Pharmacist with a current Wisconsin licensure. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Doctorate preferred. Two or more years of leadership experience.
