    Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all HR operations, supporting a dedicated team of clinical and support staff.

  • Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and new hire orientation processes.

  • Provide day-to-day guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.

  • Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with federal/state labor laws.

  • Coordinate workers’ compensation and leave administration.

  • Foster a positive, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented work environment.

  • Serve as an HR advisor to leadership, translating HR strategy into actionable practices.

  • Maintain HR documentation, records, and reports with accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that reflect our patient and staff communities.

  • Assist in patient incident reporting and investigations in coordination with leadership and regulatory guidelines.

  • Monitor and promote adherence to safety, risk management, and compliance protocols within the facility.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business or related field required.

  • Experience supporting multi-disciplinary teams in a healthcare or recovery-focused environment is a plus

  • Professional certification in Human Resources preferred.
