ManpowerGroup Electronic Test Technician in Hudson, Wisconsin
Our client, an industry leader in electronics manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Electronic Test Technician to join their team. As an Electronic Test Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting quality assurance and production processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a commitment to excellence, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Electronic Test Technician
Location: Cumberland, WI
Pay Range: $20 - $22
Shift: 7am-3pm
What's the Job?
Test, troubleshoot, and repair Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs) to ensure quality and functionality.
Utilize specialized equipment such as In-Circuit Testers (ICT) and functional test fixtures to perform comprehensive testing.
Interpret schematics, technical drawings, and test procedures to verify product performance.
Conduct quality inspections using AOI, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measurement tools.
Document failures, analyze test results, and perform rework to maintain compliance with specifications.
What's Needed?
Associate's degree in Electrics or related field.
Proven experience working with surface mount technology (SMT) assembly and PCB manufacturing processes.
Strong knowledge of quality control and assurance practices within electronics manufacturing environments.
Hands-on experience with AOI systems, data collection, and electronic circuit debugging.
Ability to analyze schematics, troubleshoot issues efficiently, and document findings accurately.
