Schedule: 1st Shift -- 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor extrusion and production equipment
- Assist with production processes to meet daily goals
- Perform basic quality checks to ensure product standards
- Mix and prepare materials for production (wax-based products)
- Package finished goods and prepare for shipment
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Work as part of a team to maintain efficient operations
What We're Looking For
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred (not required)
- Comfortable working with hands, tools, and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
- Team-oriented with a good work ethic
- Looking for dependable, long-term employees (not job hoppers)
