Location: Hudson, NY
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Position Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)
What You'll Do:
Build real relationships and become a trusted support in someone's life.
Help individuals with daily activities, skill-building, community involvement, and personal growth.
Promote independence, health, and well-being.
Participate in activities that help people discover their strengths and connect with others.
Provide respectful, person-centered support in line with each individual's goals and dreams.

You're a Great Fit If You:
Are caring, dependable, and enjoy helping others.
Have a valid driver's license.
Can lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
Have (or are willing to earn) certifications such as First Aid, CPR, and medication administration.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous experience working with people with disabilities is a plus but not required.
