The Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Systems (C4ISRS) Business Area provides actionable intelligence for our warfighters and decision makers through innovative technical solutions from the seas to the stars. Our products have enabled a wide variety of civil, commercial, and national security space missions for over 25 years. We re leading the way with the development of advanced processing solutions, RF and optical payloads, and cross-domain solutions that enable our customers to deliver mission capability that was previously not achievable.

BAE Systems is seeking an experienced systems engineer as part of a multi-disciplinary team of engineers to develop and field a critical military capability for the war fighter. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing Hardware/Software integration.

• Utilizing digital engineering and model-based systems engineering

• Preparing and delivering technical presentations internally and for customer meetings

• Perform environmental testing of Hardware/software systems

• Perform Field Testing of Systems on aircraft and at customer sites

• Travel at 10%

This position is based out of our Hudson, NH facilities.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Active Secret clearance

• BS in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Software or equivalent plus 6 years' experience in the field

• Experience with Systems Engineering processes, methodologies, and tools.

• Ability to work onsite in a laboratory environment.

• Experience with Matlab or Python scripting

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• MS in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Software or equivalent plus 6 years' experience in field

• Experience using laboratory instrumentation (e.g. spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, signal & waveform generators) in an academic or commercial environment

• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence)

• Currently holds a Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $118095 - $200762

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
