BAE Systems IT Project Manager in Hudson, New Hampshire
Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing ES IT technical projects according to deadlines and within budget. This includes engaging cleared resources and coordinating the efforts of team members to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee and report progress throughout its life cycle, utilizing standardized project management tools, processes, and PMI methodologies to provide the customer the requested deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and implementation of IT infrastructure projects for closed areas
Define project scope, goals and deliverables
Develop project plans, schedules and associated communication documents
Coordinate internal resources
Manage and report project budget
Identify and manage project dependencies, risks, and issues
Monitor and report on progress, problems, and solutions to stakeholders
Conduct post-project close out activitites including lessons learned
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
6 years of experience managing IT projects (Infrastructure preferred).
Strong understanding of IT systems and networks.
Proven experience with project management software tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Mimum of a High School Diploma , with a Bachelors Degree preferred
Ability to obtain a US Government Secret Clearance
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelors Degree
Active US Secret Clearance
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.
Familiarity with ServiceNow Project Management module.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $109120 - $185460
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
