BAE Systems Desktop Support Technician in Hudson, New Hampshire

Job Description

This position is to support our IT Equipment Center in the receiving, imaging and shipping of desktop equipment across the CONUS for the ES Sector in a higher level role. This will include the working with Teir-III support in troubleshooting and diagnosing problems that make occur during the imaging process. Installs, upgrades and removes products ensuring coordinative engineering field change. Maintains effective customer communications and relations. Will ensure all required data is accurately inputted in the the asset managment database. Will work closely with the PC Refresh Coordinator on all related efforts.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • High School Diploma and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience

  • Extensive knowledge of PC Hardware

  • Extensive knowledge of Window OS (Win10 Win11)

  • Excellent Working Knowledge of M365 and OneDrive Environments.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Working knowledge of Linux OS

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Associates Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science with 4 yrs. experience

  • CompTIA A certified

  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow ticketing system.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $57319 - $91710

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
