Construction Laborer:
- As part of our installation team, youll perform in-home waterproofing, foundation, and concrete leveling solutions. Your work will leave homeowners grateful and secure, knowing theyre safe in their homes.
- Loads up the truck with everything needed for the day before heading out.
- Helps the crew get the jobsite ready and keeps things clean and safe throughout the day.
- Works alongside an experienced Foreman to complete high-quality installations.
- Shares ideas that could make the job go smoother, faster, or safer.
- Makes sure the customers home is left clean and that they have a great experience.
- Unloads and cleans out the truck properly when returning to the shop.
- Takes pride in caring for the companys tools, equipment, and materials.
Requirements of our Construction Laborer:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Epoxy experience highly preferred
- Must have a valid drivers licenseand acceptable driving record.
- Pre-employment screening includes, but isnt limited to, motor vehicle record and felony/misdemeanor background check.
- Ability to left 70-100 pounds.
- Ability to get in and out of crawlspaces, basements and trenches.
- Ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
- Ability to understand English.
