CNC Machine Operator - Entry Level (Paid Training) \$18-\$22 per hour starting pay \| No CNC experience required \| Hudson, MA Borg Design is hiring entry-level CNC Machine Operators to join our aerospace manufacturing team. This position is ideal for someone who wants to start a career in precision manufacturing. We provide paid hands-on training. Our shop is a clean, modern, air-conditioned facility with more than 30 CNC machines (primarily Haas and Fanuc). As a family-owned aerospace manufacturer, we focus on quality, reliability, and developing skilled machinists from within our team. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, motivated, and interested in building a long-term career in manufacturing.
