Job Title: Medical Technologist (Night Shift)

Position Overview Join a high-volume Regional Reference Laboratory as a Medical Technologist. You will perform stat and routine clinical laboratory testing across key disciplines including Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Hematology. This role is designed for a professional who can apply theoretical concepts and independent judgment to ensure timely, accurate results in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Incentives * Hourly Rate: $27.09 – $37.92/hr (Based on experience).

  • Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 for Night Shift.

  • Shift Differentials: $2.50 (Nights) | $2.00 (On-Call).

Schedule * Shift: Nights (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM).

  • Commitment: Full-Time with rotating weekends.

Key Qualifications * Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Medical Technologist/Medical Lab Scientist required .

  • Licensure: Active State of Florida Technologist License (or eligibility to obtain during the interview process).

  • Education: Associate Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology preferred.

Core Responsibilities * Perform accurate diagnostic testing in Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Hematology.

  • Maintain quality control records and perform equipment troubleshooting/maintenance.

  • Analyze proficiency testing samples and manage specimen processing.

  • Support department goals for regulatory compliance (CAP, etc.) and quality service.

Pay Details: $27.09 to $37.92 per hour
