Takes full ownership for ensuring continual safety, quality, and productivity improvement in responsible areas.
Collaborates effectively with Process Engineers, Maintenance Engineers, Technical Advisors, and Shop Floor Technicians.
Leads identifying areas for improvements and optimizations based on the Operational Excellence Framework.
Applies the acquired knowledge in the workplace through Kaizens.
Check product quality and take necessary actions according to SOP and OCAP flow in production.
Follow plant & area rules in all EHS/safety processes and maintain 5S in the workplace.
Follow plant & area rules to complete necessary trainings and related qualifications.
Supports operation team for training, consumables/ tools management and new material setups.
