Responsibilities
Lead continuous improvement initiatives for process control programs in padmanufacturing to enhance overall process performance.
Collaborate with process and technical teams to identify best practices and adopt the most effective control technologies.
Drive program enhancements and system implementations that improve yield, product quality, equipment uptime, and manufacturing capacity.
Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex process control and automation issues.
Prepare basic engineering data and work with vendors and cross‑functional teams to support capital improvement projects.
Develop program test plans and support system Commissioning,
Decommissioning, Start-up, and Shutdown activities.
Design and maintain SIF/SIL (Safety Instrumented Function / Safety Integrity Level) requirements for control systems to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications
7 years above semiconductor or panel industry experience is prefer.
Good English communication capability.
Master degree major for Engineering. (Prefer electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering).
Familiar with AB PLC or Siemens PLC is preferred.
Robot (UR, AB, or KUKA) tunning experience is plus.
Demonstrated ability to apply technical knowledge to diagnose, troubleshoot, solve or help others solve equipment and/or process program issues.
Demonstrated ability to teach, coach, mentor, develop others, and work in a team based environment. Project lead experience is plus.
Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple, complex, time-sensitive projects
Demonstrated skill in team building and achieving results through influence and negotiation
Good interpersonal and communication skills; must work well in both self-managed and team environment.
Business trip is possibile.
