Cadence Design Systems, Inc. Sr Supply Chain Manager I in Hsin Chu, Taiwan

Job Overview:

We are looking for a hands‑on Supply Chain Planning & Logistics professional to manage end‑to‑end execution for SoC manufacturing in Taiwan. This role is responsible for planning, coordination, and day‑to‑day execution across foundry, OSATs, test houses, and logistics partners to ensure on‑time delivery, inventory accuracy, and smooth production flow.

This is a highly operational role requiring strong ownership, attention to detail, and close collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and global operations teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own supply planning and execution for wafers, packages, test, and finished goods

  • Manage production flow across foundry, OSATs, test houses, and logistics partners

  • Track and execute wafer starts, lot movement, test scheduling, and shipments

  • Maintain accurate inventory, WIP, and delivery status across all manufacturing stages

  • Identify and resolve schedule gaps, shortages, and execution issues proactively

  • Support engineering builds, qualification lots, and production ramps

  • Coordinate logistics, customs, and shipment activities to meet program timelines

  • Provide clear status reporting and escalation for risks impacting cost, schedule, or supply

  • Support continuous improvement in planning accuracy and execution efficiency

Job Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in semiconductor supply chain planning, operations, or logistics

  • Hands‑on experience working with foundry and OSAT ecosystems in Taiwan

  • Strong understanding of SoC manufacturing flows (wafer fab → package → test → ship)

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment

  • Strong coordination, problem‑solving, and follow‑through skills

  • Comfortable working with engineering, manufacturing, and global operations teams

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting engineering, qual, and HVM builds

  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and supply chain tracking tools

  • Prior experience supporting US‑based or global product teams
