Contract Type: Temp
Pay: Up to $38.62 per hour
Shift/Hours: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Responsibilities:
Maintain forklift certification to support warehouse operations.
Perform tasks such as Picking, Packing/Auditing, Loading, Replenishment, Cycle Counting, and Receiving/Putaway functions.
Maintain a positive attitude and team focus while interacting with Supervisors, Coordinators, and Inbound/Outbound staff to reconcile issues.
Communicate openly and professionally, reporting all equipment, order, location, or process issues to the designated team member.
Follow the open-door policy and inform the chain of command regarding any workplace issues.
Ensure a clean and clear work area for teammates to fully perform their duties.
Actively provide feedback to leads, trainers, and managers on daily incidents, both positive and negative.
Monitor personal work performance to develop a sense of urgency and pride in your work.
Become an authority on key metrics, understand how they are derived, and how performance is measured.
Address ineffective or counterproductive processes as needed.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Computer skills required, including experience with warehouse management systems.
Material Handling Experience is required; must be proficient in a minimum of 3 : Stand Up Dock Truck, Order/Stock Picker, Sit down Forklift, Tugger/Cart, Walkie Rider, or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience working in a high-volume distribution center or large retail operation.
Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred: Career Readiness Certificate (CRC).
Preferred: Knowledge of SAP and/or PKMS Warehouse Management System.
Preferred: 2–3 years of direct operations experience.

Pay Details: $38.62 per week
