Honeywell Sr IT Analyst in Houston, Texas
As a Sr. IT Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in analyzing and improving systems and processes to support business objectives and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify innovative solutions and contribute to the organization's technology initiatives.
You will report to Sr Director, SAP Process Transformation and you’ll work out of Honeywell US locations - Charlotte, NC or Raliegh, NC or Atlanta, GA or Houston, TX on a Hybrid work schedule.
Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F
In this role, you will impact the effectiveness and efficiency of SAP S4 transformation by aligning process designs with businesses & functions, supporting project deliverables, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Utilize BPM methodology and tools (e.g. Signavio) to map/model / design business processes.
Analyze IT systems and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure IT solutions meet business needs.
Support IT projects by providing data-driven insights and assisting with implementation and testing.
Maintain documentation and provide training to end-users as needed.
Stay updated on emerging IT trends and technologies to recommend enhancements.
YOU MUST HAVE
Experience in IT, BPM or related roles, demonstrating strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency with BPM & data analysis tools and techniques to support decision-making and process improvements.
Knowledge of IT systems, software applications, and business process workflows relevant to enterprise environments.
Familiarity with project support activities including requirements gathering, testing, and documentation.
Ability to stay current with emerging IT trends and technologies to recommend enhancements.
