ARAMARK Senior Premium Operations Manager - NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas

Job Description

The Senior Catering Services Manager is a key leadership role that is responsible for leading the catering operations at a large account or coordinating multiple catering outlets at a single account. The Senior Catering Services Manager is responsible for planning and the execution of catering orders and special events. Additionally, this position will lead all aspects of and advise the catering team to implement all events in line with customer expectations.

Job Responsibilities

Leadership & People Management

  • Provide direct leadership to all Club Level Managers, ensuring consistent execution of Aramark?s service standards across all premium club spaces.

  • Drive performance through clear expectations, ongoing coaching, formal evaluations, and professional development initiatives.

  • Partner with Human Resources and Operations leadership on staffing plans, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development.

  • Build a strong culture of accountability, hospitality, safety, and teamwork across Premium Services operations.

Premium Event Operations & Execution

  • Serve as the senior operational lead for all major premium events at NRG Park, including Texans gamedays, Rodeo, OTC, Nutcracker Market, and large-scale concerts.

  • Lead all pre-event planning, including staffing models, service timelines, menu execution strategies, and operational walkthroughs.

  • Coordinate closely with Aramark Culinary, Event Management, Sales, Facilities, Security, and Guest Experience teams to ensure seamless event execution.

  • Act as the primary escalation point during events, resolving operational challenges in real time while protecting the guest experience.

Club Level & Premium Service Excellence

  • Ensure consistent delivery of elevated food and beverage offerings and service standards throughout all Club Level and premium spaces.

  • Oversee event-day operations, including service flow, labor deployment, product quality, and guest interaction.? Monitor guest feedback and operational performance, implementing immediate improvements and longterm enhancements.? Conduct post-event evaluations and operational recaps to identify successes, opportunities, and corrective actions.

Financial & Operational Accountability

  • Manage premium labor budgets, staffing efficiencies, and operational expenses to achieve financial targets.

  • Review labor reports, payroll, invoices, and operating statements for accuracy and compliance.

  • Support forecasting, budget development, and long-range operational planning for premium services.

  • Ensure compliance with Aramark policies, local regulations, health and safety standards, and food & beverage best practices.

Client & Stakeholder Relations

  • Serve as a senior Aramark representative for premium clients and stakeholders during high-profile events.

  • Collaborate with Premium Sales and Client Relations teams to ensure contractual obligations and client expectations are met or exceeded.

  • Professionally address escalated guest and client concerns, ensuring timely resolution and relationship retention

Qualifications

Required

  • 5?7+ years of progressive leadership experience in premium hospitality, large-scale catering, stadiums, arenas, or convention center operations.

  • Proven experience leading managers and large operational teams in high-volume, event-driven environments.

  • Strong understanding of premium food & beverage service, labor optimization, and event execution.

  • Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-day, and high-attendance events.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during major events.

Preferred

  • Bachelor?s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.

  • Prior experience with NFL gamedays, large conventions, festivals, or citywide events.

  • Experience within Aramark, Sports & Entertainment, or similarly scaled hospitality organizations.

  • Familiarity with POS systems, labor management tools, and premium service technology platforms.
