We're partnering with a dynamic commercial organization, to find a talented Senior Analyst - Commercial Operations. This Temp role is based in a collaborative environment where strong reporting and analysis skills will drive meaningful insights. Located in the appropriate setting, this position offers an exciting chance to impact business strategies and outcomes.
Location: Houston - Hybrid 2x a week
Contract: 12 months
Senior Analyst - Commercial Operations Responsibilities:
Lead the development and delivery of impactful, commercially focused insights to support decision-making processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to produce detailed account, segmentation, and product reports that inform strategic actions.
Conduct pipeline and forecasting analyses to identify drivers of business success and risk mitigation opportunities.
Perform data mining and extraction from structured and unstructured sources to develop innovative insight solutions.
Interpret data using advanced modeling tools (such as Salesforce, Tableau CRM, Einstein) and statistical techniques, then communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
Senior Analyst - Commercial Operations Qualifications:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial forecasting and analytics.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce; experience with BI/Tableau, Einstein, and advanced Excel preferred.
Proven ability to build reports and solutions from scratch aligned with business goals.
Deep understanding of KPIs, forecasting, and key trend reporting to drive commercial success.
Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable insights.
