Economy Transportation and Logistics is hiring
experienced Regional Class A CDL Truck Driversfor a
traveling rolesupporting operations throughout the
Permian Basinand
Golden Crescent (Victoria / Port Lavaca)regions. We haul a variety of freight including
tankers, ISO containers, flatbeds, and dry vans.
Active Texas Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements Required
Work Area
Primary Operating Areas:
Permian Basin: Midland, Odessa, Andrews, Big Spring, and surrounding West Texas oilfield locations
Oilfield facilities throughout West Texas and Southeast New Mexico
Golden Crescent Region: Victoria, Port Lavaca, and surrounding coastal areas
Occasional Runs:
- Houston, TX and Arizona using sleeper equipment
We follow the work wherever it goes.
Equipment and Schedule
Daycab trucks (2025 and 2026 equipment)
Tanker, ISO container, flatbed, and dry van trailers
Home every other night (depending on assignment)
Company-paid lodging when overnight travel in daycabs is required
Weekly W-2 pay via direct deposit
Pay and Bonuses
Weekly load earnings of $1,200 - $1,600 (Does NOT include per diem, mileage reimbursement, or additional travel incentives)
Retention bonus after 180 daysand annual anniversary
Orientation pay - among the highest in the industry
Paid vacation accrues starting Day 1, with increases at 1-year and 5-year anniversaries
Breakdown pay, layover pay, multiple-stop pay, and additional incentives

Minimum Requirements
Valid Texas Class A CDL
Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements
Minimum 2 years of verifiable oilfield tractor/trailer or OTR experience
Experience operating a 10-speed manual transmission
Recent driving experience within the last 12 months
Valid DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate
Willingness to train on ISO and tanker trailers (hands-on, on-the-job training provided)
Freight Handling
Some manual loading and unloading
Load securement and/or tarping may be required
