Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Lead Radiologic Technologist at HCA Healthcare, you’ll play an imperative role in guiding a team that delivers safe, accurate, and patient-centered imaging every day. You’ll mentor technologists, optimize workflows, and ensure the team has the tools and support to perform with confidence. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the imaging team and mentoring technologists to deliver safe, high-quality patient care
Guiding patients through imaging procedures with compassion, comfort, and confidence
Operating advanced radiography equipment and administering contrast media while ensuring radiation safety
Maintaining and calibrating instruments, supplies, and equipment for accurate and efficient imaging
Collaborating with radiologists, nurses, and the care team to support smooth workflows and excellent patient outcomes
What qualifications you will need:
* Graduate of an accredited or registered School of Radiology is required.
* Current registration with A.R.R.T. (R) is required.
* Current certification with the Texas Department of Health (CMRT)/TMB license is required.
* American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification is required.
