Honeywell Program Lead, Process Automation in Houston, Texas
As a Program Lead here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing program activities to ensure successful execution and delivery. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in driving program success.
You will report directly to our Program Manager and you’ll work out of our Houston, TX, or Duluth, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the organization by ensuring that programs are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget, thereby contributing to Honeywell's overall success and competitiveness in the market.
Lead and manage program activities from initiation to closure.
Develop program plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Monitor program progress and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or related roles.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in program management software and tools.
Experience in risk management and issue resolution.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
Experience in leading and managing complex programs.
