Overview
Perform cleaning and maintenance duties in all assigned areas including lobbies, hallways, offices, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors; dust surfaces and clean windows.
Transport trash and recyclables to designated disposal areas.
Set up and break down rooms or spaces for meetings, events, or special functions as needed.
Assist with moving furniture, equipment, and deliveries throughout the facility.
Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, reporting leaks, or other facility issues to management.
Replenish cleaning and restroom supplies as necessary.
Support team members and other departments with facility-related needs

Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Experience: Previous experience in custodial, housekeeping, or porter roles is an asset.
Skills and Attributes:
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move objects for extended periods
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable and punctual
