As a Planner II, you’ll be at the center of maintenance excellence—partnering with technicians, supervisors, operations, and engineering to plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities that keep equipment, systems, and people performing at their best. What You’ll Do:
Develop, document, and continuously improve detailed maintenance work packages, including job scope, procedures, labor estimates by craft, materials, tools, and equipment requirements.
Perform field walk-downs to identify job requirements, assess potential safety hazards, and support initial Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) development and mitigation planning.
Plan, prioritize, and schedule weekly maintenance work in collaboration with maintenance supervisors, RMAs, technicians, and key stakeholders; lead weekly maintenance scheduling meetings.
Coordinate planned outages by communicating operational requirements, supporting outage plans and schedules, and ensuring all resources are available ahead of execution.
Ensure readiness for work execution by confirming parts, drawings, manuals, tools, manpower, mobile equipment, contractors, and PLM resources are in place.
Collaborate with Supply Chain Management, contractors, field technicians, and RMAs to procure materials, develop Bills of Materials (BOMs), and generate contractual work orders.
Maintain accurate asset, drawing, and technical records in Maximo, support system integrations, and track KPIs aligned with Work Execution Management Standards.

What you bring:
Related university degree and six‐plus years’ experience OR eight‐plus years of previous field operations experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience.
For candidates who do not possess a University degree, an additional 3-years of related experience is required.

Routinely leads by thought and example by recognizing and driving continuous improvement in Work Execution Management processes.
Preferred:
Experience using computerized maintenance management system (Maximo)
Experience using capacity outage planning and safe work approval (COPAS)
Ability to read and understand P&ID/ single and one-line drawings and OEM manuals.
Knowledgeable in oil/gas pipeline operations is desirable.
Working Conditions:
Occasionally required to work long hours on short notice.
Occasional daily travel of 50-100 miles between assigned stations.
Travel throughout the region for emergencies, training, and region meetings with some overnight travel required.
