Job Summary:
The Senior Regional/Solutions Director reports into the Division Vice President and will be be a key resource in successfully driving hard service operational accountability, standardization and financial efficiency across the assigned region. The Sr. Regional Director will coordinate strategies with the regional and account management teams to ensure business operations transforms into a best in class offering. This role will own the financial and operational due diligence process for new business opportunities assigned to the Division Vice President. The Sr. Regional Director will be involved in new business transitions when needed with special attention on deployment of remote technicians, self-performance versus subcontract strategies, CMMS management work flow, and contract savings tracking procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Works with Division Vice President on new business strategies and activities to include financial due diligence, operations analysis, cost savings, account retention, and other business development strategies
Develop financial and operation solutions and presentations for organic growth opportunities within the division
Create financial due diligence template owning all aspects of review, mapping, and vetting client spend
Support senior financial resources to identify the contractual budgetary baseline
Liaise with sourcing platform and transition team to ensure mechanical and hard service vendors have SLA's in place at "go live"
Help identify vendor standardization opportunities for all contracted services and vendors
Assist in identifying cost savings opportunities in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing operations
Supports account management team's development of data and metrics to measure business performance
Collaborative, team player who maintains a culture of accountability and the regional, account management and unit levels
Lead division or corporate initiatives and projects as assigned
Partner with Centers of Excellence "Technical Services & Energy Solutions" team to support MEP and energy best practices across the division
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
7+ years of management, operations, and/or solutions experience in soft services, hard services, facilities management, or IFM
5+ years of experience developing and managing client relationships during due diligence, account transitions, or steady state operations
Willingness to travel, as needed, through North America
Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations
Ability to multi-tasks and establish priorities
Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment
Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership
Proficient in the use of Windows, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to work effectively in an unstructured, fast-paced and P&L driven environment
