If you’re a bilingual HR professional who wants more than just paperwork, this role puts you at the center of operations supporting employees, partnering with leadership, and driving safety in a fast-paced production environment. This is a hands-on role where your work directly improves the employee experience on the floor every day.
Requirements
Support full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
Act as atrusted HR partnerto supervisors and frontline employees
Handle employee concerns, coaching, and performance support
Administer benefits and answer HR-related questions
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
Play a key role inworkplace safety programs and initiatives
Maintain an active presence on the production floor
What We’re Looking For:
Bilingual inEnglish & Spanish (required)
2+ years of HR experience (manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred)
Strong working knowledge of HR practices and employment law
Confident communicator who can build trust across all levels
Comfortable in a hands-on, on-site role
Work Environment:
Combination of office and production floor work
Cold environment (37°F at times)
Active role that involves walking the facility regularly
