WM HR Project Coordinator in Houston, Texas
I. Job Summary
As a member of the of the WM HR organization, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing hands-on administrative and project coordination for the Human Resources Leadership Team (HRLT). This position involves performing traditional administrative duties while also supporting project activities for the HR organization.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including managing calendars as needed, handling correspondence, and organizing meetings.
Coordinate project activities, manage schedules, and ensure that project milestones are met on time and within budget. Track progress, address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle, and facilitate communication between project managers, team members, and stakeholders.
Manage office logistics such as coordinating office moves, ordering and maintaining office supplies and snacks, handling shipping requests, and distributing company swag.
Assist with travel arrangements, including preparing and managing expense reports, arranging travel accommodations, and acting as a P-card holder for purchasing needs. Act as a liaison for procurement processes providing support for Coupa
Support HR-related activities such as managing the HR 360 Email Inbox, sending communications on behalf of HR 360, supporting new-hire onboarding processes, assisting with the Intern Program, and managing HR assets.
Provide additional support for meetings and events, including scheduling support, coordinating large group meetings, handling catering requests, and assisting with PowerPoint design and presentation preparation.
Assist HR leadership with Immigration related matters including compliance with required documentation.
III. Qualifications
A. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or in lieu of degree
High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience.
4 years of relevant work experience in Project Management and/or Executive Assistant capacity (in addition to education requirement).
