Our client, a leading logistics and distribution organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented General Warehouse - DC - 3rd Shift to join their dynamic team. As a General Warehouse - DC - 3rd Shift, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations supporting order processing, inventory management, and shipping activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: General Warehouse - DC - 3rd Shift
Location: Houston, TX
Pay Range: $17.28
Shift: Evening Shift, 8:15 PM - 4:15 AM
What's the Job?
Receiving, scanning, picking, packing, auditing, and shipping merchandise to customers
Tracking all inbound and outbound items using radio frequency (RF) scanning to ensure inventory accuracy
Verifying orders and ensuring proper entry into the inventory management system
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with safety standards
Supporting inventory control and ensuring quality standards are met throughout warehouse operations
What's Needed?
Willingness to work a flexible shift schedule
Ability to stand for at least 8 hours with or without reasonable accommodation
Capability to perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to carry up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment (preferred)
