3rd Shift General Production Associate
For a manufacturing client located in Houston, TX, Adecco is seeking a 3rd Shift General Production Associate to support ongoing production operations and equipment upkeep. In this role, you will perform tasks involved in manufacturing processes while maintaining equipment and production facilities in a safe and organized manner. You will be responsible for following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines, monitoring product quality, and helping ensure consistent production efficiency across the 3rd shift. This position requires attention to detail, reliable attendance, and the ability to collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments in a fast-paced production environment daily.
Benefits
Weekly pay starting at $21 per hour, providing predictable and consistent income scheduling for each workweek.

What You Will Do?
Monitor product quality throughout the production process, conducting regular inspections and promptly identifying any deviations or defects that may occur.
Assist in troubleshooting to maintain high-quality standards, supporting rapid resolution of issues that could affect product conformity or consistency.
Maintain a consistent workflow by ensuring smooth machinery operation, adjusting settings, and performing minor repairs as needed to minimize downtime.
Handle raw materials, components, and finished products by loading, unloading, and moving materials within the production area following standard procedures.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment, and promptly report any safety hazards or incidents to supervisors or safety personnel.
Maintain accurate production records, including production counts, machine logs, and quality control checks, and report production data and issues to supervisors or designated personnel as required.
Work effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth production operations and clear communication across the 3rd shift.
Actively participate in process improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions to enhance production efficiency, quality, and safety and supporting best practices and standardization efforts.
Assist with machine operations and packaging by providing support in machine operations and packaging activities as needed during the shift.
Your Skills
You have a high school diploma or equivalent, meeting the training requirement specified for this General Production Associate position.
You have proficiency in English, supporting effective workplace communication and accurate understanding of instructions, documentation, and safety information.
Spanish is a plus, providing additional communication capability in a multilingual production environment when interacting with coworkers or supervisors.
You must have at least one of the following, as specified in the requirements: previous warehouse experience is an asset, experience operating production machinery and tools is an asset, or forklift certification is an asset.
You are able to adhere strictly to safety protocols and promptly report any safety hazards or incidents to supervisors or safety personnel to support a safe work environment.
You can work effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to support smooth production operations and collaboration across the 3rd shift schedule.

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
