Job Title: Field Service Supervisor - Home Healthcare
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervision and Oversight:
Provide direct supervision and guidance to home caregivers.
Ensure caregivers adhere to care plans and provide quality care to clients.
Conduct regular evaluations and performance reviews of caregivers.
- Client Care Coordination:
Coordinate and schedule caregiver assignments based on client needs.
Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care planning.
- Training and Development:
Conduct orientation and training for new caregivers.
Provide ongoing education and skill development opportunities.
Keep caregivers updated on best practices and relevant policies.
- Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of caregiver schedules, client care plans, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Handle administrative tasks such as payroll, billing, and reporting.
- Support and Communication:
Serve as a point of contact for caregivers, clients, and their families.
Address caregiver concerns and provide support as needed.
Foster a positive and respectful work environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a caregiver or in a similar supervisory role.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Knowledge of home care regulations and best practices.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently.
