Job Title: Field Service Supervisor - Home Healthcare

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Supervision and Oversight:
  • Provide direct supervision and guidance to home caregivers.

  • Ensure caregivers adhere to care plans and provide quality care to clients.

  • Conduct regular evaluations and performance reviews of caregivers.

  1. Client Care Coordination:
  • Coordinate and schedule caregiver assignments based on client needs.

  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care planning.

  1. Training and Development:
  • Conduct orientation and training for new caregivers.

  • Provide ongoing education and skill development opportunities.

  • Keep caregivers updated on best practices and relevant policies.

  1. Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain accurate records of caregiver schedules, client care plans, and documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

  • Handle administrative tasks such as payroll, billing, and reporting.

  • Serve as a point of contact for caregivers, clients, and their families.

  • Address caregiver concerns and provide support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a caregiver or in a similar supervisory role.

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
