Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support the ongoing operation and upkeep of the facility. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining building systems and equipment to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repairs and Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues; repair or replace defective parts; and restore equipment functionality in a timely manner.
• Facility Upkeep: Perform minor construction and maintenance tasks including carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and basic grounds or landscaping maintenance.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and health regulations, consistently using appropriate personal protective equipment and following company procedures.
• Inventory and Supplies Management: Monitor, maintain, and order necessary parts, tools, and supplies to support continuous maintenance operations.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs to ensure proper reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Emergency Response: Act as first responder to equipment malfunctions or facility-related emergencies, assessing situations and determining whether issues can be resolved internally or require external specialist support.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in a similar maintenance role
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of safety standards and preventive maintenance practices
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
