CBRE Copy & Print Production Operator - Houston in Houston, Texas
ABOUT THE ROLE
This position is responsible for performing print jobs, andmanaging document production from start to finish. This role ensures that allcopies and prints meet quality standards and customer specifications, maintainscopy and print equipment while also providing excellent service and support forvarious printing needs mail service and courier coordination.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate high-volume copiers, printers, and document imaging equipment.
Handle digital files, including preparation, formatting, and troubleshooting for print jobs.
Perform quality control checks to ensure accurate and professional output.
Assist customers with inquiries, provide guidance on print options, and resolve service issues.
Stock, order and maintain inventory of paper, toner, and other supplies, and perform basic equipment maintenance.
Follow production processes for cutting, binding, laminating, and finishing printed materials.
Prioritize and manage multiple print requests according to urgency and complexity.
Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail, and courier packages
Occasionally work extended hours or weekends to meet operational needs.
Order and stock toner and copy paper to maintain inventory at/near devices
Escort shredding vendor and FM vendors as needed or required.
Assist with the provisioning of shredding consoles or extra services as required.
Volume and site reporting as required.
Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
HS Diploma or GED required and a minimum of 1 year ofrelated experience. Prior Customer Service and document services experiencepreferred.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to comprehend and interpretinstructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions toensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers,and/or supervisor.
Comfortable meeting and engaging with newpeople.
Warm and engaging demeanor. Ability to assesscircumstances, empathize and offer help.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions instandard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requiresbasic analytical skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Basic knowledge of computer software andhardware (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite Products). Familiar with a variety offile types such as TIFF, JPEG, PDF, MS Word and Excel. Ability to work withhandheld mobile technologies and applications
Ability to work in multiple software platformsand learn and retain technical software applications quickly.
Good organizational skills. Ability to usecomputer systems to track and report on requests received and status ofcompletion.
Must work well under pressure with multiple deadlinesand demonstrate a proactive approach to routine and non-routine occurrences.
Ability to work flexible work schedules based onbusiness need.
May need to be physically able to lift and move30-40 boxes and operate a two-wheel dolly.
Strong problem-solving skills. Highly adaptableand flexible.
Physical ability to assist with documentservices operations. Able to lift 50 lbs.
SAFETY
Complete at a satisfactory level all required andassigned HSE training
Follow all activity policies and procedures, alwaysincluding all HSE related requirements.
Participate in all HSE related programs & activitiesas required, including incident investigations, interviews, auditing andassessment, etc.
Report any condition which you feel could result in anaccident or injury and / or stop work if required
