Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this long-term contract role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and ensuring they are directed to the appropriate resources. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage customer interactions and resolve service-related issues.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance by directing them to relevant resources.
• Create, assign, and update customer service tickets on a daily basis to ensure efficient tracking and resolution.
• Communicate with customers to address service issues and collaborate with internal departments for timely solutions.
• Utilize company programs, software tools, and online systems to manage benefit changes, ticket requests, and customer inquiries.
• Apply effective listening and communication techniques to identify customer needs, resolve problems, and uncover opportunities.
• Perform regular evening work hours as needed to meet operational requirements.
• Operate telephony systems effectively to manage customer calls and inquiries.
• Demonstrate proficiency in basic computer skills to access and navigate online resources.
• Focus on providing exceptional customer service while coordinating with internal teams to handle service-related tasks. Requirements • High school diploma or G.E.D. required; additional training or specialized education preferred.
• Zero to four years of prior experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, software tools, and ticketing platforms.
• Ability to operate telephony systems efficiently for customer interactions.
• Capable of identifying and resolving problems with a customer-focused approach.
