ManpowerGroup Contract Specialist III in Houston, Texas
Our client, an industry leader in oil and gas project management, is seeking a Contract Specialist III to join their team. As a Contract Specialist III, you will be part of the Operations department supporting project negotiations and contract management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Negotiate and manage contracts related to oil and gas projects, including terms for professional services, software licenses, SaaS, data licensing, hardware, telecom, SOWs, and order forms.
Collaborate with internal teams such as technical leads, risk management, tax, and legal to ensure contracts are fair, compliant, and aligned with organizational policies.
Redline and negotiate contractual terms with contractors and vendors to protect company interests.
Work closely with outside legal counsel to draft and review contractual documents.
Support the organization in maintaining accurate contract records and ensuring timely execution of contractual obligations.
What's Needed?
Minimum of a bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant contract negotiation experience.
Proven experience in negotiating IT-related agreements, including professional services, software licenses, SaaS, and hardware.
Strong understanding of contractual terms and conditions, with excellent redlining skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external legal counsel.
Detail-oriented with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
